Our Ticketing Policies

Refunds - All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges/credit on tickets unless an event is canceled and not replaced. Refunds, Gift Certificates and Tax Deductible Ticket Donations are always made to the original purchaser. No refunds or credits will be offered on previously purchased tickets if a promotional price is offered at a later date.

Lost Tickets - There is a $6 per ticket charge for replacing lost tickets.

Tax Deductible Ticket Donations - If you are unable to attend a performance, your tickets may be donated to the Center as a tax-deductible contribution. Tickets must be returned to the Ticket Office no later than two (2) hours prior to the performance, so that the CCPA can make your seats available for resale.

On-Line Ticket Brokers and ticket Resale Services - The CCPA reserves the right to revoke all advance purchase, refund and exchange privileges extended to a ticket's original purchaser should such tickets be found placed with on-line ticket brokers or other ticket sales services at prices in excess of the ticket's face value.
