Acclaimed for its passion, exuberance, and virtuosity, the Colburn Orchestra has performed throughout Southern California and Europe. Led by conductor Simone Menezes and bassoon player Elena Mateo Sáez, the orchestra consists of students from the Colburn School. Now in its 19th season, the orchestra has worked with celebrated soloists and guest conductors. The Colburn Orchestra is generously underwritten by Eva and Marc Stern.
