In 1984, music fans flocked to the mega-hit I Ran (So Far Away) by A Flock of Seagulls. The English New Wave band followed with the Top 40 songs Wishing (If I Had a Photograph of You), Telecommunication, and Space Age Love Song. Opening the show is Men Without Hats, which told the world, “You can dance if you want to” back in 1982 – and the world did. The Pop group’s hits include The Safety Dance and Pop Goes the World.
